Delete Mr. X is arguably notable but Tyrants in general are not, this is basically WP:SYNTH. All the references are trivial, no WP:SIGCOV here. Would need a rewrite. ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ (ᴛ) 04:45, 30 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
