A 'senior coach' is not the manager and is not an inherently notable position, especially since WP:FOOTYN is no longer valid. I can't find anything more than passing mentions of Yatsko, including the 4 references already used. My own searches yielded nothing better than Sports.kz and Sports Daily, both passing mentions again. Does not seem to meet WP:GNG or WP:SPORTBASIC.
