Delete. It's best claim to fame appeared to be being the first magnet school in the city, but its own website merely says it was the first PreK–8th Grade magnet, and I was unable to find reliable sources on it in a broader search. The article does include Buffalo News articles with no links, that presumably predate the newspaper's online archive, but they appear to be about more than this one school. If several news stories can be found about Waterfront Elementary individually, even if offline, then it would be notable, but it seems unlikely they would not already have been included if they exist. Redirect this unremarkable elementary school to Buffalo Public Schools - and it looks as if there are a lot of other blue links there in the "Primary schools" table which probably shouldn't exist as articles either, if anyone feels like doing a cleanup operation.
