Non-notable junior player who has not yet played professionally so thus fails WP:N. Can be readded when/if he ever plays professionally or does something like win a major award that otherwise indicates notability. Djsasso (talk) 21:13, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete. Hasn't played professionally and hasn't played at highest available level of amateur so fails WP:ATHLETE.--JD554 (talk) 21:39, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete - Non-notable per WP:NOTE. -- Gmatsuda (talk) 21:42, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment He looks like he'll be a first round pick, if not a top 10 pick, this June. Does this make him notable? Patken4 (talk) 23:28, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment It will once he is drafted at such a position. It is definately not a for sure thing yet so falls under WP:Crystal. Angelo Esposito is a perfect example. For years was expected to go #1 and nearly fell out of the first round. As it is right now, we tend to only allow players who have been drafted in the first round stay (or who have won awards) if they haven't played a professional game. -Djsasso (talk) 23:36, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
- Cherepanov is another good example of a player who tumbled down the draft list. Agreed. Once he is drafted in the first round, recreate his article. Resolute 15:59, 8 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete Wait till he's drafted then he might be notable, right now though he's just a junior player, therefore he lacks notability. Raphie (talk) 15:18, 11 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
