Delete as he doesn't meet WP critera per WP:NPOL. No article on Sindhi Wikipedia and also no article on Sindhiana check here. He was namechecked only so fails WP:GNG too. Greenbörg (talk) 06:49, 8 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. Regardless of the question of whether he has a valid notability claim or not, none of the references present here represent reliable source coverage about him — most of them are primary sources, and the only two that actually appear to be reliable source media outlets both have him as the bylined author of the article and not its subject. And even on Mar4d's Google search results above, I'm seeing glancing namechecks of his existence in coverage of other things, not any evidence of coverage that's substantively about him to the degree necessary to count toward a WP:GNG pass.
