Denied. Sorry, but I will have to speedy deny this. Please read the WP:BOTPOL (WP:BOTAPPROVAL, especially editing before trial) and the commented remarks under the "Function details". You need to be very specific as to what tasks the bot will perform and show that they has consensus. We only give out a trial, when there is a specific task to be trialed. Also note that a user-welcoming bot is not allowed on English Wikipedia. Please familiarize yourself with bot process and feel free to create a new (or reopen this) request for approval and fill all the required info when you are ready.
