Jack Merridew (talk · contribs · count) My name is David and I'm a sockpuppet. My original account was User:Davenbelle. I've been on-wiki for most of five years. I'm open to comments and will take reasonable feedback on board. Jack Merridew 09:27, 22 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Reviews

  • Jack, (1) if you would put your wikiquill to wikipaper and start mainspacing, you have the talent to be one of the more formidable Featured Article writers here on the 'pedia. You need to show some writing mettle, and (2) avoid conflicts where your temper will let you down. 'nuff said. Casliber (talk · contribs) 10:12, 22 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Questions

  1. What are your primary contributions to Wikipedia? Are there any about which you are particularly pleased? Why?
I'm rather a wiki-gnome. I fiddle with formatting, structure, the implementation of things. I suppose the effort I'm most pleased with is the re-implementation of http://www.wikipedia.org/ — the other project portals, too. There's more to do, there. There always is ;)
  2. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
Well, ya, there's been conflict here and there; I spent some time in bantown, too. I've learn a lot; a key thing I've learned is to listen.
