- File:Dynamo Earthquakes.JPG (delete | talk | history | logs) – uploaded by Brentmcd (notify | contribs | uploads).
- Probable copright violation. Uploader marked it as Free Art license after it was originally tagged and removed from articles. Source shows a copyright and permission states "promotional" which is questionable. If the uploader is the original author he can follow the OTRS process before this is deleted. There has not been a response over at their talk and there is a history of questionable uploads. Cptnono (talk) 04:35, 25 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Orphan. The lisence may or may not be legit, I don't if Free Art supersedes the rights of the owners of the buildings depicted, but orphaned is enough for me. Sven Manguard Talk 03:26, 27 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- File:Tommie Frazier.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs) – uploaded by Rod hayes (notify | contribs | uploads).
- Delete: the uploader claims there is no copyright on the image but there is no evidence the photographer surrendered his copyright even if the photo does not have a copyright notice on it and the uploaders possession does not negate the need for a proper copyright tag. ww2censor (talk) 05:01, 25 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I am making an effort to contact actual photographer of this photograph. I mailed a letter yesterday to the address of the magazine company - "Slam" - located in New York, New York in regard to requesting and seeking the right use this picture. From the magazine itself, I could find no information of a copyright attached to this particular photograph as I will find with all other pictures from other sources where copyright is attached and work is given credit to a specific photographer (I.E. - Sports Illustrated, Athlons, Streets & Smith). I think this is an exceptional picture of the Nebraska legend - and am working on the means to copyright tag this item. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rod hayes (talk • contribs) 11:30, 25 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete - Absent source information, the assumption that the image is copyrighted. My guess is that Slam doesn't own the copyright, but is the licensee from a photo agency like Getty or AP, but it's a moot point. Mosmof (talk) 06:39, 27 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Non-free image that could be replaced by a free alternative. Or in other words, it would be straightforward enough to create free diagram explaining the concept of a wormhole. PhilKnight (talk) 18:31, 25 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Picture shows two living people just to show they are associated. Doesn't meet WP:NFCC point 1 (replaceable) and point 8 (significance). Also invalid use per WP:NFC#UULP. Angus McLellan (Talk) 22:19, 25 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Image shows Tony Yayo and if he's dead our article doesn't say that. Non-free image of living person, invalid use of free content in most circumstances per WP:NFC#UULP. Since Mr Yayo gives interviews on MTV, we can assume that he's covered by that. Plainly replaceable. Angus McLellan (Talk) 22:28, 25 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
