Delete. I normally wouldn't care, but the uploader has been entirely disruptive rather than follow protocol, has vindictively blanked my user page in retaliation for reverting him, and should have been blocked longer, like a year or two for maturity. Several users removed his file from Blond commenting that it was apparently an extraneous blurry self-portrait on a page already overloaded with images. As the image is 102 years old there is a reasonable chance copyright has expired. Do we know who took the photograph, whether it was work for hire and when it was published? The source link gives me a 503 error. Yoenit (talk) 09:51, 28 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You're right - but I can't nail the source of the image after a couple of reverse searches - I keep getting content aggregator/mirror sites and the most I could find was that the photo was courtesy of "Piet Kessler". Delete: derivative image of an artwork using a non-free tag but without the necessary critical commentary for that tag to be valid and no fair-use rationale.
