If you look back in the original file description history, you'll see that the original uploader placed a public domain template, while at the same time placing a fair use rationale. However, I think this image qualifies under freedom of panorama, which, combined with the initial public domain declaration, would make this free content. There is no freedom of panorama for artworks in the United States, and this artwork seems to be in the United States. Unless there's no copyright notice on the artwork or on a sign next to the artwork, then it is {{PD-US-no notice}}. The copyright notice only had to be there until 1978, and it's still copyrighted even if the copyright notice was removed after that.

Per WP:FREER, the file information page needs to contain two copyright tags: one for the artwork and one for the photo. Currently, only one copyright tags is used on the file information page (for the artwork). --Stefan2 (talk) 20:57, 5 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The offered purpose in the non-free use rationale of "Screenshot of the music video" does not explain why it is important to the understanding of the article. This is a non-free image of pop group SKE48 being used in the article Muishiki no Iro as the primary means of identification. But that article is about a single from the group. As far as I can tell, Jazzmanian was last active on the English Wikipedia some time late in 2007. File:Bugle Calls Mess.svg replaced the jpg file at about that time, so IMO the jpg may be deleted. Just plain Bill (talk) 22:15, 5 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

It's fine to have one non-free image in the article Malietoa Tanumafili II provided that there's no free image of him, but the article currently has two non-free images, so one of them has to go. This image is currently used in a couple of other articles, but it violates WP:NFCC#8 and WP:NFCC#10c in those articles and should therefore be deleted from those articles. I do not see the image if I click on the URL in the "source" field, so the file currently violates WP:NFCC#10a. --Stefan2 (talk) 22:00, 5 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Keep (pro forma !vote). With the second nonfree image deleted, this may be used appropriately as the infobox image of the BDP. It must be removed, however, from the article about the name, failing NFCC#8 there. The Big Bad Wolfowitz (aka Hullaballoo). Treated like dirt by many administrators since 2006.
