Subject might be as recent as 1980s, but might be still copyrighted. If it is it must be unsuitable at Commons. Nevertheless it has no NFCC rationale, and only used in a subpage of a talkpage. That subpage seems questionable also. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 16:02, 4 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Files (per their history) were originally meant to be of fair use way back 2006, but these were made to be licensed under GFDL (or a free license) in 2007 for some reason. According to the original rationale (before the same uploader made these "free"), "Image[s] was[were] created by, and is [are] copyrighted by Silver Ventures Inc. Silver Ventures has given written authorization for this image [these images] to be used on Wikipedia's article on the Pearl Brewing Company. Image[s] is [are] used here under permission, but may not be reused anywhere else or altered in any form without prior written authorization of Silver Ventures Inc." I believe that the use of one of the files at Talk:Pearl Brewing Company/Images does not fulfill WP:NFCC, which in my understanding is limited to article main space only. Files cannot also be transferred to Commons because of their questionable file history JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 16:48, 4 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
