Albert20009 is a known disruptive and cross-wiki vandalist user who frequently engages in large disruptive modification towards media (particularly broadcasting networks/channels/stations) and several other topics with WP:MOS, WP:HOAX, WP:LIBEL, WP:OVERLINK as well unconfirmed, libelous and fake information related issues. The sock master has been found to be active since 2010 with several suspected connected IPs. After most of his sock accounts including the main one being reported and blocked for sockpuppetry, Albert20009 started to massively use large numbers of different IP address (IPs) (with almost all of the IPs is located in Medan, North Sumatra and several other minor locations around Indonesia) to mass re-add any removed information that he added on articles he targeted without citing any reliable sources, which then need to be removed again by article reviewer and patrollers. He is also active in Indonesian language Wikipedia, Malay language Wikipedia, Chinese language Wikipedia and many more.

1. Albert20009 with continuation through IP addresses usually add large amounts of libelous, hoaxes, unconfirmed and unverified information [2], including other minor edits on date [3], [4] - typically using the birth date format on media buildings related articles) with WP:MOS, WP:HOAX, WP:LIBEL and WP:OVERLINK problems as been exampled here [5] and [6]. See with the similarities under his edits through different IP addresses ([7], [8]).
2. Aside from the HOAX, LIBEL and OVERLINK issues, the user likes to remove maintenance templates without fixing the problems as seen here [9], [10], [11].
3. Refuses to engage in any discussion even after having been given several warnings. Despite even been reminded using the user's native language of Indonesian language since he is located in Indonesia, the user keeps continuing with his disruptive edits and adding wrong information.
