- Request for adminship I, May 24, 2006
- Self nomination, failed (0/8/1)
- Request for adminship II, August 23, 2006
- Nominated by Lordhighdumbass, failed (0/9/3)
- Mediation Committee nomination I, May 19, 2006
- Self-nomination, failed (0/2/0) per the "two oppose rule"
- Mediation Committee nomination II, June 19, 2006
- Self-nomination, failed (0/2/0) - with one additional oppose from a non-MC member - per the "two oppose rule"
- Justice Court, June 13, 2006
- Deleted at Miscellany for deletion. In this proposal, Geo.plrd noted that he would run the "Justice Court" as a self-appointed "Chief Magistrate". It was also to be run by that self-appointed "Chief Magistrate" who would "[serve] until death, resignation, or removal". Also created a "Shameboard" so that he, as the self-appointed Chief Magistrate, could name-and-shame people he unilaterally "sanctioned".
- SCAG, June 20, 2006
- A blatant G4 of the Justice Court, which was MfDed. The page read, in part, "Only Maintainers and the Chancellor should edit this page", it had a "Governance Council", and Geo.plrd appointed himself as "Chair, Governance Council, [and] Inspector-General", as well as "Operation Watchdog" which is "[c]reated by Chancellor using emergency powers". Also has a "Governance Council" and an "Inspection Board". Deleted as a "recraton [sic] of deleted justice court" immediately.
- ISG, June 28, 2006
- Described when being nominated for MfD as "a hopless experiment in beaurocracy ... only one contributor [Geo.plrd], who has started this sort of thing before", and deleted inside two days at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Wikipedia:ISG. To quote a part of the page, under "Leadership", "[t]o ensure that we stay on course, we have an Steering Council as our ruling body. As leadership by committee is ineffective, there is a Coordinator who coordinates our activities". No prizes for guessing who the "Coordinator" was. Another section, "Maitenance", read "The users below maintain these pages. To become a Maintainer you must meet the criteria found on the Coordinator's Desk. If you meet the criteria, then just add your name to the list below".
- ArbCab I, October 9, 2006
- First attempt at setting this up, near-immediately after the Justice Court above was deleted. This page was deleted by Zoe with a reason "yet again an attempt at bureaurcracy by Geo.prld", presumably as a G4 per the Justice Court MfD.
- ArbCab II, November 13, 2006
- Geo.plrd's second go at setting up this ArbCab thing. Again, it encountered significant resistance as very bureaucratic and as instruction creep.
- ArbCab III, February 11, 2007
- A proposal to set up another Arbitration Committee, which Geo.plrd would lead, that dealt with content disputes; he described it as a "small claims/magistrate's court". Geo.plrd stated that the decisions would be "binding", and all Administrators could enforce them with blocks/bans. Geo.plrd suggested that "restraining orders" - see User:Geo.plrd/Sandbox/Arbcab/restrainorder - could be put in place, and that users would be subject to follow his binding decisions. It was overwhelmingly rejected both at the Community Noticeboard and the proposal's talkpage, as well as at a similar proposal where it was mentioned.

- Self-explanatory when you read it, see also removal from proposals and this message.

- "User:Geo.plrd seems to be obsessed with creating hierarchal structures on Wikipedia (with himself as head, of course). It seems to be his sole reason for being here." - Zoe, January 8, 2007
- "Yeah, [Geo.plrd] seems determined to set himself up as a little tsar somewhere." - Zoe, January 8, 2007
- "Geo does indeed have a long history of inventing hierarchies and pseudo-projects." - Quiddity, January 9, 2007
- "Just as a notice, [ArbCab III] appears to me to be yet another attempt at some form of committee or extra permission (in [Geo.plrd's] less-than-a-year, he has applied for adminship twice, as welll as for the Medcom twice)." - ^demon, February 14, 2007
