Draft:Jai swaraj party

It should be deleted, not redirected, because the first version should never have been created, is attributions non-compliant, and fixing attribution is much more work than the history is worth. If the history is left available, it will be an attribution hazards. These large copy-pastes in draftspace should be deleted, the same as they are in userspace per WP:COPIES.
