I rarely send an article back to MfD so soon after it was kept, but there is a very good reason I attempted to speedy it.
This is a hoax—to topic editors, an obvious hoax that would qualify for CSD G3.
I get that broadcast article hoaxes are hard for non-topic editors to sniff out, as this is the second time in the last year a hoax so blatant has had to go to a deletion discussion, but here are the facts.
- There is no station with this call sign. There is a KFBG (FM), but there is no television station KFBG-TV.
- Channel 65 was removed from use in television in 2009 after being auctioned for communications use.
- The CW affiliate in San Diego is KFMB-TV's second digital subchannel.
The fact that two topic specialists have MfD'd this draft in the last two months on the same grounds should be an indicator. This article should not merely have been draftified, it should have been deleted. It will never be an encyclopedic article on an extant topic (and no, this is not merely a notability issue which cannot be applied in this namespace).
