The result of the discussion was: Moved to mainspace. Non-admin closure. — This, that and the other (talk) 11:39, 11 July 2018 (UTC)
Happy to be wrong about this, but seems the author isn't improving it much after multiple declines, and seems to be somewhat of a long shot of becoming approved. Perhaps best not to have it rot in draft-land. Drewmutt (^ᴥ^) talk 18:58, 3 July 2018 (UTC)
- Comment Not that it's a smoking gun, but it's been deleted a handful of times before, and dumping the declines is a bit iffy. Drewmutt (^ᴥ^) talk 19:01, 3 July 2018 (UTC)
- Comment Hey guys. I'm the creator of this article. I've been adding new things and switching things around for this article to be approved. On Wiki I've seen articles similar to Lamont Sincere as far as nobility and they have been approved. I've been resummiting this article because I've been trying to get some real feedback to make this article better. So please DO NOT delete this article. I've been working really hard building it up. I would gladly appreciate some help. Emilywlk(talk) 2:33, 4 July 2018 (UTC)
- Hi Emilywlk. AfC and resubmitting is a poor way to get feedback, it’s really just a place to waylay spammers. See User:A2soup/Don't use draftspace. If you want to keep this draft, move it to your userspace. I advise you to get editing experience by improving existing articles, before writing on new topics. Improve articles related to the topic you would like to introduce, and get to know other people interested in these topics. Then, when you have that experience, write the topic directly into mainspace. By doing this, you will get immediate feedback from editors interested in the topic. —SmokeyJoe (talk) 08:50, 5 July 2018 (UTC)
- Emilywlk to add what SmokeyJoe is saying, if you think a draft is ready, you can move it yourself to mainspace without the need for review. Simply click on the top of the screen where it says "more" and then move to "article".Egaoblai (talk) 21:59, 5 July 2018 (UTC)
- Hey Egaoblai I would love to move this article I created into a mainspace, but from what I was reading it seems like this draft should not be blank, merged or moved while the discussion is in progress. I strongly believe this article on Lamont Sincere is notable enough. Emilywlk (talk) 22:46, 5 July 2018 (UTC)
- Keep and mainspace Seems notable enough to me to go to mainspace. Just looking at the references shows a plethora of links to independent articles on the subject. Not sure what the problem is to be honest. Egaoblai (talk) 11:26, 4 July 2018 (UTC)
- Comment that is a lot of declines. Anyone is free to mainspace this. Legacypac (talk) 19:56, 4 July 2018 (UTC)
- Keep per Egaoblai and Emilywlk. As always, anyone who thinks this is appropriate for the mainspace and desires to move it there may do so editorially. — Godsy (TALKCONT) 23:54, 4 July 2018 (UTC)
