Reviewed 3 times with listed concerns and I specified what this needed and what was unacceptable but it was resubmitted for a 4th time now, of which I removed so it can be nominated here. None of it establishes actual convincing for an article and the only newest comments accompanied with the resubmittal have been "But they are significant publications and another company's article exists".
