Single sites in NYC

Single navbox based automatic portals by User:Happypillsjr who also made a whole lot of portals that add nothing to the articles. This batch are for single sites in New York City. Legacypac (talk) 09:03, 12 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Strong Keep doesn't appear to have been created automatically and easily passes WP:POG and there's other NYC neighborhood portal for an example Coney Island and Harlem.-- Happypillsjr ✉ 15:52, 14 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Umm not sure what you mean. You made 4 edite across 3 portals. The 4th edit was hecause you forgot to insert the page name in the automatic template:

Delete all. These are all narrow topics which fail the WP:POG guidance that portals should be about "broad subject areas, which are likely to attract large numbers of interested readers and portal maintainers".

The implementation fails the WP:PORTAL requirement that "Portals serve as enhanced 'Main Pages' for specific broad subjects". As mere forks of the navboxes, these are significantly degraded versions of the head article. --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 17:17, 19 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
