- Speedy redirect. No reason to delete. WP:ATD. Redirects are cheap, far cheaper than MfD discussions; far cheaper that the insult of deleting other's userspace content. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 03:30, 23 February 2019 (UTC)

- Wikipedia:Redirects are cheap. If there is a problem, consider solutions with consideration of the costs. MfD is fairly expensive. Creation of a redirect is very cheap. In calculating costs, give some value to volunteer editor time.
- Insult? Let’s assume the user returns. Do you think they feel welcomed back by not being able to find their old work, not even in their contribution history? This is a cost too.
