Userbox is only transcluded on one page and contains a red link. I see no purpose for this userbox. (Note: I could've asked the user, but they seem to have retired). Still, it doesn't seem notable enough for a page (I had no doubt it existed), but wouldn't it be easier just to copy the coding to the user's page, since they're the only one using this userbox?
