The initial nomination resulted in a consensus to keep but was seemingly based on !vote count rather than the arguments made. This is a one person project that did not follow the procedures to create a new project. There is no evidence that there are a group of interested people needed to maintain it and that's what following the procedures would allow this to do. - Delete This is a contradiction in terms: a single-user WikiProject. It was created contrary to this sentence from Wikipedia:WikiProject Council/Proposals: "If you do not have a group of people, then you do not have a WikiProject," (emphasis in original).
