The result of the debate was keep. IronGargoyle (talk) 14:19, 21 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Inactive WikiProject for one single music band. Qsaw (talk) 16:36, 16 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • That's a tough one. Nothing in over a month but the project has eight featured articles, so it's at least served some purpose. Not being a fan of the band, I'm not biased toward keeping it, but I think that if some members were recruited back into it the project could become active again. Thus, I say Tentative keep pending activity. --tennisman 16:56, 16 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Tag {{inactive}} Keep for now given the eight FAs, if there is no activity for a time after that, then it should be brought back here. --Coredesat 17:40, 16 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. The content remains useful and attractively presented, even if it's not updated anymore.---- The Fat Man Who Never Came Back (talk) 17:46, 16 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep but tag as inactive. Project can be proposed for merger to the Metal project later. -- John Carter (talk) 19:48, 16 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Strong Keep Inactivity is not a reason to delete from existence a legitimate, (formerly) successful WikiProject. Either mark it inactive or move it to a task force of the parent Project. Only frivolous, useless, duplicate, etc., WikiProjects should be brought for MfD. Preserve the past.--12 Noon 22:31, 16 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Strong keep - Me and the other contributor have just been busy over the past few months. We're currently working on Dave Lombardo for FA, and I'll be submitting South of Heaven for FA in near future. We fully intend to add to our tally of eight. We've done all we can for most articles, and have done a sterling job considering the lack of material out there. LuciferMorgan (talk) 02:00, 17 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Would the nominator consider withdrawing the MfD, as the above "devil-user" states they intend to maintain the project?--12 Noon 02:13, 17 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
WikiProject:My Chemical Romance, WikiProject:GreenDay, WikiProject:The Smashing Pumpkins, WikiProject:Red Hot Chili Peppers, and WikiProject:The Flaming Lips, Wikiproject: Trivium, good to see you looked and i can get more if you wish. What do you have against this band anyway? first you try and get the page moved to Slayer (band) and now this. At least we are improving articles.
