Uploader is claiming own work but this appears to be a derivative image. According to the upload date info, this is from 2014 but there are instances of this image that predate this. It says that the author of this speech died more than 70 years ago, but this is a speech by Zog I of Albania, who died in 1961, i.e. less than 70 years ago. In the United States, the copyright to the speech would last until 95 years after it was held (i.e. until the end of 2025), and the copyright to the sound recording of the speech seems to last until the middle of February 2067.
