Dear candidate, thank you for offering to serve Wikipedia as an administrator. Please answer these questions to provide guidance for participants:

1. What administrative work do you intend to take part in?
A:

The News because i see that the english wikipedia's news is not that very updated. Like Roger Elbert's Death it has been a week in the Main Page. i can create new contents on the main page that has no problems. My country Philippines if Filipino wikipedians will have copyright violations and other mistakes i am the one to take part of it.

2. What are your best contributions to Wikipedia, and why?
A:

Articles about the people and events from the Philippines . Because, i just want to represent my country in the English Wikipedia. And

3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
A:

None, Filipinos are known of being friendly and hospitable, If that will happen , all that i can do is to be humble and low-profile, I will respect his/her opinions.

4. You state on your user page that you have been editing on WP for 7 and a half years, since the age of 10 and a half. Your current account is about 7 months old. Please clarify.
A:

But im sorry, but i stated that i have been on wikipedia for 4 years. I admitted that i have stated that i have been editing on WP for 7 and a half years. Because i have been copied many userbox from another user for adding it to my userpage because we are similar but i did'nt notice it. So i edited it to 4 years because i have been editing for wikipedia since 2009 that i decided to not to create an account so i am using I.P Adress on many shared computers in ComputerCafe Shop.   5. Oppose. I don't think the problem with your English is an issue here - it's self-correcting, eventually. But you can't rely on 4 years of experience on an account that is 7 months old with only 300-some-odd edits. If you had other accounts, we'd need to see those as well. I get the impression that you're eager and want to help out, but you don't seem to have the requisite experience necessary to become an admin on enwiki. It's possible this is a case of WP:NOTNOW as opposed to WP:NOTEVER, so who knows? Edit well and reliably for a time and we'll see. UltraExactZZ Said ~ Did 13:09, 9 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
    Since the two supports above are socks of the applicant, is it maybe a case of WP:NOTEVER after all? (I mentioned poor English because admins have to communicate with tense users, and good language skills are necessary to do that well.   6. Oppose I'm afraid you don't have anything like the experience and qualifications people look for in potential administrators. For instance you only have about 300 edits.
