216.222.120.150 is a static IP, recently blocked for 1 year after repeated disruption. 174.126.233.219 is also static, geolocates to the same place (Boise, Idaho) on another network, and has the same editing patterns except edits are tagged "mobile web edit". Both started editing around the same time. Prolific number of minor edits, mostly style-related (capitalization, hyphens, relentless removal of serial commas, etc.), often helpful, but often wrong and against WP:MOS. General focus on ethnic groups and mixed ethnicities articles. See behavior in Multiracial Americans, August-September 2018 for example. Quirks include:
Strange habit of flipping word order around for no apparent reason, particularly of ethnicities, and swapping mother/father order:
- master: [1], [2], mother-father: [3]
- sock: [4], [5], and edit-warring over it: [6], [7], [8], [9], [10]; mother-father: [11]
Persistent removal of commas and hyphens, despite many complaints:
- master: [12], [13]
- sock: [14]
- Removal of serial commas and the hyphen from "mixed-race", same article, one day apart: [15], [16]
I find the vandalism warnings and blocks somewhat dubious - I see many incompetent "corrections", edit warring, and total failure to communicate, listen to complaints, or use edit summaries, but I'm not really seeing bad-faith vandalism per se. In any case, they're evading a block. IamNotU (talk) 11:55, 19 April 2019 (UTC)

[edit]- 174.126.233.219 has been blocked several times as well, and now it's blocked for a year to match the other IP. —DoRD (talk) 16:19, 19 April 2019 (UTC)
