  • Because Kalbhoj posted an unblock request at UTRS appeal #81120 (mentioned above by Blablubbs), I investigated the editing history, and found far too many connections between that account and others for there to be any doubt about the sockpuppetry. By the time I had finished my investigation, Yamla had already declined the appeal, with the comment "Sockpuppetry is established and is confirmed and is not in doubt". It seems to me that there is more than enough consensus among administrators & checkusers that sockpuppetry is proved, so that I don't see any need for a further CU, but I will leave the request open for a clerk to decide.   • JBW, just in case you aren't aware, you can reserve a UTRS appeal and keep it reserved for some period of time while you investigate. You probably knew that already, I just don't want to snipe a ticket you are already looking at. I don't see a need for further checkuser investigation here but if anyone disagrees, please ask. --Yamla (talk) 12:52, 15 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • @Yamla: Yes, I did know that. I usually don't do it, for several reasons, but perhaps it would be worth doing more often. Anyway, on this occasion, although if I had done that it would have saved some duplication of effort, not doing so has provided the advantage of independent reviews confirming the same conclusion, which may be considered an advantage.   • My keeping this open wasn't because of uncertainty about whether my result is accurate, but because I wanted to explore some additional avenues to make sure there are no other socks. All the above users indulge in a same pattern removing and adding information according to their POV with RAJ and Unreliable sources pages related hindu castes especially brahmins , like gaurs , kanyakubja , sanadhyas , paliwals , saryupareen etc also some historical figures like hemu according to the Sitush [WP:RAJ]. Now see their contributions [murrey] and now see the contributions of [[9]]. Another thing is they editing random wiki articles with small edits so that they can built their repo on Wikipedia. User User:Banabhatta I and User:Ekdaliann fan both are same person reverting their vandalized edits and vandalizing other articles with out source. Banabhatta I reverted the edits of User:kashmiri to the edit of his previous sock User:Kalnemi. This user currently have 3-4 more sock accounts and mainly push their POV caste version i.e. of Kanyakubja Brahmins. As you already know who I am , I just want the admins that don't block me and allow me to help to counter this sock as I am able to find that there are 2 people also with him. I will never edit any article I will just counter this sock by SPI of telling in the talk page of patrollers. Manoj Singh Gaur (talk) 05:01, 8 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
