Probable socking appears centered around Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/DinuraCreations (2nd nomination).

Dinuraeditions has a clear and declared COI on the article, and only became active again after a two year break in August 2017 similar to Ariyaratnecol, whose second edit after becoming active again was to !vote in the XfD [1].

Bischarch and Lkartlv are both new redlinked accounts, with Lkartlv being the creator of the article at AfD.

All the accounts also show a similar editing pattern of creating Sri Lanka related articles in single edits, despite all being relatively inexpeirneced: Lkartlv, Bisharch, Ariyaratnecol Dinuraeditions.

Given the recent emergence/reemergence has all occurred in the same topic area around the same time and when an AfD is in progress, I think there's a strong likelihood their related either as socks or meatpuppets.

The other accounts are all Possible - they geolocate to the same area and use the same ISP - but the ISP in question is the largest in their respective country, and it is conceivable that there may not be a technical relationship. After reviewing the technical evidence, I've CU blocked the two accounts above. Based on behavior alone, the rest are likely more meat than sock, in my opinion. Either way, the AfD is long-closed and all but one account has gone completely inactive. The remaining account is making productive edits.
