Atompressure created Maggie Berghoff, which was G11'd on June 14. Shortly after the G11 tag was applied, MarcelinoMedia (now username blocked) popped up out of nowhere to ask how "we" could improve the page. Now TCS77, who signed up 3 days after the article was deleted, has created Draft:Maggie Berghoff. The draft is not identical to the deleted article, but it is very similar; some of the sentences are exact matches. This appears to be obvious UPE, and the timing of things indicates possible use of multiple accounts to avoid scrutiny (i.e. submitting a draft under a different account after the original article got G11'd), so I think Checkuser would be useful to see if this is a part of a larger farm. [edit]- Inconclusive as I suspect proxies are involved. Though from what I see, it would suggest the users could be the same person. -- Amanda (aka DQ) 19:02, 1 July 2020 (UTC)
- If it's not socking, it's a UPE meatfarm - substantial overlaps in the drafts. Blocked and tagged. GeneralNotability (talk) 02:08, 5 July 2020 (UTC)
