TheCatLife is partially blocked from editing Pokémon Ultimate Journeys: The Series for a week cause of edit warring and in their last edit on the article they added English air date for upcoming episode then Catpolof also added English air date and also both have "Cat" in their name. I agree with Wes. I don't see enough evidence here that there is sockpuppetry. Looking at both user's contribs, besides sharing the common word "Cat" in their username, they seem to have completely different editing interests. Also, Catpolof most likely added the English dates seeing your request on the talk page. This report feels kinda retaliatory. ― Blaze Wolf^Talk_{Blaze Wolf#6545} 14:39, 12 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I can understand why other users feel that this report was filed in bad faith, but I think there's sufficient behavioral evidence to justify a check. The biggest problem is that the master has so few edits, but that in and of itself makes the behavioral evidence that much more persuasive, even if it's not enough to block based on only behavior.--Bbb23 (talk) 14:56, 12 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

CU is Inconclusive. TheCatLife edits out of a single stable IP; Catpolof is on a different range, but I believe they are using a VPN. They could be someone else, or they could be TheCatLife trying to evade detection (although, if I was going to do that, I wouldn't use a username quite so similar).
