J-Man11 was indef blocked in March 2019[1] for WP:NOTHERE reasons after WP:CIR concerns from numerous other users. Following declined unblock requests, he moved to Wikia and edited there extensively. In August and September he received yet more improvement advice from experienced editors here, but created the user account MHist01 on 8 October 2019, a violation of his indef block. Since then, the J-Man11 account has been essentially abandoned. (see J-Man 11 contribs)
Both MHist01 and J-Man11 show the same extreme convergence of interests in British Army history, with an emphasis on logistics units, as can be seen by comparing the contribs of both accounts. Furthermore, MHist01 created the article Iona College Pipe Band, which betrays COI and shows that the user attends the extremely small Iona College, which J-Man11 declared a connection to on a now-deleted Wikia page where he revealed personal information. (see Reguyla's comment on his wall on Wikia) Another similarity is poor prose and glaring grammatical mistakes - J-Man11 was especially known for these. For an example of this, compare this article as created by J-Man11 with this one created by MHist01.
This is more than a simple block evasion by a new user, however, as MHist01 continues the pattern of disruption in that this user has failed to heed numerous pointers towards reliable sources and does not make any effort to find them. For example, on Life Grenadier Guards, he uses Russian Wikipedia as a reference in spite of WP:CIRC, which shows little improvement from an article under the J-Man11 account [2] in which he used WP:SPS as sourcing without apparently noticing. He has been repeatedly notified of what constitute generally accepted reliable sources in the field of military history (see [3], [4], and [5]. In short, MHist01 is a blatant evasion of a CIR block that shows no improvement over the previous account, and is a classic case of WP:DUCK. Kges1901 (talk) 12:18, 4 November 2019 (UTC)

Same style of editing as J-Man11, and both into the same highly specialized military history areas, such as obscure British military units. Ech25 in this discussion shows the same use of sloppy referencing and claiming to have a book that he misinterprets and may not in fact have in order to add information that is at best a misinterpretation of RS. The account also makes the same grammatical mistakes and lack of signatures as displayed by J-Man11. In this discussion and this discussion, SmartyPants22 again demonstrates the same mistakes that J-Man11 displayed, notably confusing 'its' and 'it's', frequent spelling mistakes, incorrectly signing messages, as well as exhibiting the same antagonistic behavior. Checked after seeing a sincere-sounding unblock inquiry on the master's talk page. Ivanvector (Talk/Edits) 15:17, 8 September 2020 (UTC)
