Clerk declined. CUs do not generally disclose specific IP addresses used by users per WMF privacy policy. The IP is already autoblocked so we can assumed that that IP was used by General Dug due to the timing and articles edited. Elockid ^(Talk) 18:05, 22 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
