- Could be sox. Could be two employees of the same PR firm. Could be two people who happen to really like this guy. But even if these are the same person, there hasn't been any violation of WP:SOCK. GBT had not received any warnings or other scrutiny when the JHID account was created. @CaffeinAddict: You've given both warnings for puffery and COI. I think that's all that can be done at this point.

These accounts appear to be single-purpose socks and have only made substantial edits to the page Kevin Vuong, portraying the subject in a positive light.
While the HomelandCarrie account only has one edit, the edit summary references the WP:LIVE policy, similar to ClimateAction613 such as these two https://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Kevin_Vuong&diff=next&oldid=1076245027&diffmode=source
The above two edits in addition to referencing the same policy were also both mobile edits, occuring on the same day within an hour of each other. It is curious that the new account, HomelandCarrie, is aware of Wikipedia policy enough to reference it on the first edit summary.
We see an overlap in activity between all accounts except the newest one (HomelandCarrie) on October 26, 2021. JekylHydeInDisguise, ClimateAction613 within an hour of one another, and both accounts are then inactive until March 2022.
ClimateAction613 and HomelandCarrie both attempted to re-add the FRSA post-nominal here (https://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Kevin_Vuong&diff=prev&oldid=1076243338&diffmode=source) and here (https://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Kevin_Vuong&diff=prev&oldid=1076249058)
JekylHydeInDisguise and HomelandCarrie also include unsourced personal details in their edits, such as the reason for Vuong's father being laid off (https://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Kevin_Vuong&diff=prev&oldid=1047432021&diffmode=source) or (https://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Kevin_Vuong&diff=prev&oldid=1076249058&diffmode=source) with HomelandCarrie re-adding the info from JekylHydeInDisguise's edit after it was removed.
Except for the newest account, HomelandCarrie, which only has one edit, there is not a single substantial non-Kevin Vuong related edits in GreenBalconyTrees, JekylHydeInDisguise and ClimateAction613’s contribution history. The only thing they do is add links in random articles. The edit summaries are also similar, for example, “added link to relevant WP page” seen here (https://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Frank_Maloy_Anderson&diff=prev&oldid=1051983621&diffmode=source), here (https://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=India_Knight&diff=prev&oldid=1050960648&diffmode=source) and here (https://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Synoecism&diff=prev&oldid=1075238923&diffmode=source). —WildComet talk 02:39, 11 March 2022 (UTC)

Possilikely (a mix between possible and likely) to those two, but there's some clues which make it clear that, at a minimum, there's a COI problem. GreenBalconyTrees is

GBT and associated suspected socks were previously blocked due to behaviour on the Kevin Vuong page. Behaviour from CassetteNotDVDs and Fishfiltergold is similar to that of blocked socks.
For example, the only edits a suspected sock User:JekylHydeInDisguise contributed not related to the Vuong page is linking words in random articles. The following edits from Fishfiltergold's limited history mirror this:
The only substantial edits from the account are in relation to Vuong.
CassetteNotDVDs only has three edits, but the first one (https://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Kevin_Vuong&diff=prev&oldid=1077369113&diffmode=source) includes the addition of the FRSA postnominal. This is also at edit from Filterfishgold (https://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Kevin_Vuong&diff=1077749304&oldid=1077369113).
The attempted addition of this postnominal is also one of the edits of an already blocked sock (https://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Kevin_Vuong&diff=1076243338&oldid=1076242709&diffmode=source).
The accounts are trying to re-edit in info that was previously deleted, and behaviour mirrors other suspected socks where they only make substantial edits in relation to Vuong, with the edit history being padded by adding links in random articles.
