I too am familiar with this pattern of edits, seen many times at Flight. This account's First edit was to the talk page of a similar user, globally locked as a sock of "Olha". Not sure of the best reporting procedure to use on en.wikipedia. Burninthruthesky (talk) 15:09, 21 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
