Suspected sockpuppets

Evidence submitted by Leonard^Bloom

The editors have a) similar usernames (note the "m" and the "herc") which would mean little without b) similar edits to the same page, almost all of which are of c) the same style. In general, the contribs show that each user edits articles all relating to the same topic (Michigan). The primary user has been inolved in a small dispute over the accuracy of their edits to the article in question. For the similarities in "edit style" see:

I don't mean to say that content wise they are the same, but the general motif of sorts is tiny, minor changes that (usually, as far as I can tell) dealing with their own mistakes, wikilinking, or removing references or adding links. Lәo(βǃʘʘɱ) 03:24, 25 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Conclusions
This case has been marked as closed. It has been archived automatically.

It appears that there wasn't an attempt at disruption by abusing multiple accounts, but it is clear that the user did use multiple accounts. To sort this out, I have blocked the first account, Michael herc (talk · contribs) user will continue to use Mrhercli89 (talk · contribs). However, edit warring on Deford, Michigan must stop immediately. Toddst1 (talk) 04:23, 25 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
