Both have been warned by Liz for page moves, very similar name, both editing topics regarding Kashmir. Mosvi2014's infobox on their user page shows their name as containing 'Syed' - RichT|C|E-Mail 01:13, 5 September 2023 (UTC)

Possilikely (a mix between possible and likely) territory. They're editing out of the same IP ranges, but using different devices. Could be two people working together, or one person using different accounts for different devices. Either way, I'm convinced that it's either SOCK or MEAT, and am blocking as suspected. Closing.
