Cabayi If you think the disruption wasn't big enough to warrant a block, then I agree that it isn't block evasion. But I'd say it's still Contributing to the same page or discussion with multiple accounts and the edit summaries could be considered Impersonating an administrator.   • I ran a check because one or two policy-violating usernames might be a misunderstanding, but five of them, one of which impersonates an established editor, just looks like trolling. The listed accounts are  Confirmed plus

  • I have also blocked Phili pageantry bot, Qwe bot quattt, and Unless to be Unless, and I have partially blocked 216.247.88.0/21 from mainspace for two weeks. Virtually all of the editing from that IP range after 9 January has been this person, so risk of collateral damage is fairly low. When I made that block I had not seen WayKurat's suggestion of a block on a larger range, but I will look into it. JBW (talk) 10:24, 21 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
  • I have now looked at the other half of WayKurat's suggested range, 216.247.80.0/21. There have been no recent edits from that range on English Wikipedia, and at a quick glance I didn't see anything which looked relevant in edits further back either. However, I did see editing from this range on Tagalog Wikipedia from November 2023 which, judging from the topics of the articles, look likely to be relevant. (I didn't check the content of the edits.) As far as I had previously seen this had seemed to be a fairly new problem, so far less than a month old, but that makes it look more like potential LTA. After the blocking of several other sockpuppets operated by this user (User:OhmyPRINCE, User:Wonderfully Editor), this account has popped up. It has the exact same user page as past blocked sock Oh marimar ahhhh and is editing the same pages as past socks. This is a WP:DUCK case but I see mentions of LTA in the "Oh marimar ahhhh" block log, so flagging for CU. ser! (chat to me - see my edits) 11:35, 27 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

WP:DUCK per editing behavior. Edits the same articles with the most recently blocked sock REPETITION is not allowed and has the same user page introducing themselves as a "new" editor (see here).
