There is a high possibility this Draft:Crompton_Greaves_Consumer_Electricals_Limited is submitted by the same user. Submitted by a sockpuppet, accepted by Sockpuppeteer. The User PQR01 has been found possible conflct of interest edits at Draft:Astral Limited as well as Sheetal Cool Products Limited. The pattern of creating or moving the article is extremely doubtful. Draft:Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited; In this we can see first version of the text - https://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Draft:Crompton_Greaves_Consumer_Electricals_Limited&diff=1056930496&oldid=1056930361&diffmode=source - edited by VKLOO on November 24 and in Draft:Astral Limited the first version of the text - https://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Draft:Astral_Limited&diff=1058226524&oldid=1041235651 - put by PQR01 on December 1.

Similarities in edits by taking above-mentioned diffs, by two different IDs;

1."The company was established..." the text starts in the second line of Draft:Astral Limited on December 1 by PQR01. Just a week ago on November 24, same text was used at the same location in Draft:Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited by VKLOO.

2.The bulletification of text in the Draft:Astral Limited#History (added by PQR01) is following the same style as depicted in Draft:Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited#Products, (added by VKLOO)

3."Astral Limited has diversified successfully..." text in Draft:Astral Limited shows the PQR01 is actually peddling the company narrative. So, it establishes the WP:COI angle. The same text was restructured after the addition of COI notice by me and the word "successfully" was removed by PQR01 [diff https://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Draft:Astral_Limited&diff=1064084213&oldid=1063925985&diffmode=source .As of now, all puffery text has been removed such as sponsorship tags - https://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Draft:Astral_Limited&diff=1064084307&oldid=1064084213&diffmode=source and product launch text - https://en.wikipedia.org/enwiki/w/index.php?title=Draft:Astral_Limited&diff=1064084435&oldid=1064084307&diffmode=source

4.Now if we look at the edits of Sheetal Cool Products Limited; they are basically created to generate a pattern that the editor is an expert in editing industrial and heavy engineering company pages. But, what they are trying to do is create multiple credible start- or stub- pages and in between push the COI pages.

5.At last but not least, the ID PQR01 was created - https://xtools.wmflabs.org/ec/en.wikipedia.org/PQR01 -on April 9, 2021 and by April 26, 2021; RedWarn was activated - https://xtools.wmflabs.org/articleinfo/en.wikipedia.org/User:PQR01/redwarnConfig.js . A new user will never be able to execute such installation in a such short period of time.

Additional information needed. @Hatchens: Please provide evidence that PQR01 has a COI with any of these entities, and please provide evidence that VKLOO is their sock beyond the fact that they've edited the same draft (which is something non-sockpuppets do all the time). The similarities between writing style aren't that strong—Special:Search/~"The company was established" gets over 1,700 results—and some people do just move AfC drafts because they feel like it—I warned someone for it the other day... But the overall similarity in writing style and the timing of edits at Special:PageHistory/Draft:Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited make me think a check might turn up something here.
