I come here from Bengali Wikipedia after a sockpuppet investigation there about Teahouseee. Here is the sockpuppet investigation page: bn:উইকিপিডিয়া:সকপাপেট তদন্ত/Teahouseee. The sock master edits and creates machine translated articles related to Ottoman Empire and Turkey. They were blocked there after vandalism in bn:কনস্টান্টিনোপল (Constantinople) article. They created another account on the same day after they were blocked and edited Ottoman-related articles in Bengali Wikipedia. I created a case page there showing evidences and the checkuser @RiazACU: blocked them with their socks Lavender kosem, Articlecreator9876, Teaforest1234 and additional sleepers. One of its socks is active in English Wikipedia also, Draft:Ismihan Baharnaz Sultan was submitted by Lavender kosem. Other socks didn’t edit in English Wikipedia yet. But they can be sleeper here also.

Two similarities were found: first they like Ottoman and Turkey-related article and second They translate source title in the title parameter instead translate them to "trans-title" parameter. The proof is the comment a reviewer made in Draft:Ismihan Baharnaz Sultan and translation of source title in bn:ইসমিহান সুলতান and other translated Ottoman-related article by them in Bengali Wikipedia. And they do it for every article they translate or create, be English or Bengali. The sockmaster in English Wikipedia Siam hossain official edited only one time in Bengali Wikipedia in bn:মাহিদেবরান সুলতান, article about a concubine of an Ottoman Sultan. Other socks found in Bengali Wikipedia were Sm Siam Islam and Swam Hossain and they are blocked in English Wikipedia. Mehedi Abedin 09:18, 4 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
