Original account was a username softblock (in 2015!) so there's no evidence of abusing multiple accounts to evade a block. I also don't see any overlap of multiple accounts editing in the same time period. ST47 (talk) 22:33, 22 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@ST47: The original account was a spamublock in Feb 2015 as per their block log and even if they were softblocked, their sock account Parthkhatri (talk⁺ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · spi block · block log · CA · CheckUser(log) · investigate · cuwiki) was blocked by Yunshui in May 2015. GSS (talk|c|em) 01:03, 23 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Parthkhatri (talk⁺ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · spi block · block log · CA · CheckUser(log) · investigate · cuwiki) was blocked as a sock of Troikaa Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (talk⁺ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · spi block · block log · CA · CheckUser(log) · investigate · cuwiki) which doesn't exist. Parthkhatri made some 100 edits to the now-deleted Draft:Troikaa_Pharmaceuticals, which was G5ed, though it's not entirely clear why. No other account ever edited that page.
