Vandalizing cyclones, and I remember a UAK sock use a same phrase (that I wont name here). It isn't as obvious, so I filed this report.

  • What a thoroughly weird thing to sock about. SuperBassProShops and AtlanticBlueFinProShops are  Confirmed to each other, and exceedingly  Likely to BassProShopsTruex. That + behaviour means I have no problem calling the lot effectively confirmed and tagging as such. In general, this SPI page should only be used for sleeper accounts or accounts that engage in more subtle vandalism. Blatant WP:VOAs like this should be reported to WP:AIV instead. Partofthemachine (talk) 06:29, 15 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
That's one opinion, and of course they can be reported at AIV. Sometimes checkusers should be casting an eye over the accounts, to block sleepers and ranges, and to clean up IP edits.   • Camelcase name
  • Several have used "Super" prefix on name
  • LTA has recently hit Cyclone Ita and Cyclone Hellen, which are two of under ten edits total by this account [28][29]
  • All of the Cyclone Hellen vandalism going back to 2019 at least [30] is due to the LTA

First: evidence linking blocked accounts to UAK. Although they are blocked, the connection to this LTA has not been noted as far as I can see.

  • The blocked accounts all follow the LTA habits, especially rapid vandalism on a particular Nascar driver's bio [33][34][35]. The recent edit history of the same page includes CU-confirmed socks.
  • Vandalism on cyclone articles is a LTA signature. This quarter has seen a visit here from the CU confirmed sock [36] and many accounts noted in this case [37][38][39][40]
  • Another cyclone page, the third-to-last edit on one of these was vandalism by UAK confirmed sock [41], followed by revert of same followed by an account listed here [42].
  • One of the blocked accounts listed here has referenced UAK [43].
  • A dozen of the UAK CU-confirmed socks also use "Super" as a username prefix.
  • Spanish usernames and editing interests concerning Latin America [44] fit LTA profile
  • Vandalism on Apollo 12 [45] fits LTA profile

Now how is the unblocked account linked to the others listed here? The first listed account is unblocked and has only made one edit. I think it's connected to the very evident group of UAK socks who were recently blocked but not tagged.

  • The unblocked account has reinstated vandalism of one of the others, about one minute after the vandalism was reverted [46][47].
  • one of the others said in their vandalism I'm a horse from CMDX.

FliqpyGD and IP cyclone vandal [81] geolocated to Chile are active today. Checkuser also might want to look into edit history of Home Depot with IP vandalism on 3 May and 6 May, the same days when the named accounts were recently active.
