Wikipedia:WikiProject Pedophilia Article Watch/About

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Welcome. This WikiProject is a group of editors working together on articles about pedophilia, child sexuality, and related issues. We want these to be at the level of the best articles on Wikipedia. Articles must be factual, from a neutral point of view and not censored. Please join us.

A large portion of our mission is to reduce the spread of misinformation, whether that be caused by vandalism, blatant ignorance, or even false good faith. We also try to reduce edit wars, reverts, redirects, and AfDs. Proposals can be posted below, with proposals followed by votes for and against.

How you can help:

  1. Identify and tag the talk pages of relevant articles using the {{WikiProject Pedophilia Article Watch}} banner.
  2. Locate pages that need attention, then add them to the tasks list or the Open Tasks list.
  3. Add the Open Tasks box to your User: or User_talk: page by inserting {{Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Pedophilia Article Watch/to do}} anywhere on the page.
  4. Add this page or the Open Tasks list to your watchlist, and work on projects listed. Once the tasks are completed remove them from the list.
  5. Write some Requested articles and complete Redlinks.

You can also familiarize yourself with Wikipedian consensus on terminology at the Terminology Subpage.

We also have a participants list if you would like to add yourself. Thanks for helping out!
