For the record, to demonstrate the hyperbolic nature of some statements made in the process, and since some of the provided links don't work, here are all the discussions which have occurred surrounding this subject, to the extent I could find them. I'm aware formal procedures are not head counts, but I've linked to each procedure and each participant in order to give easiest available documentation of the discussion history on this subject. If I've missed any name or discussion or if I've inadvertently mis-classified an assertion, I apologize.

1. Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Involuntary celibacy - closed as keep by retired admin User:One 20:38, 20 December 2006

2. Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Involuntary celibacy (2nd nomination) - closed as merge to Celibacy by admin User:Coffee 21:21, 16 January 2014

3. Talk:Celibacy#Incel - following Coffee's close User:SandyGeorgia (hardly a controversial figure) attempted to merge this content but was rebuffed by User:Hafspajen, User:Mythic Writerlord, and User:Turris Davidica (ended roughly 01:13, 9 March 2014); this led to the following RFC

4. Talk:Celibacy#Requests for comment - Hafspajen wisely called the question and that discussion (made an RFC at User:Tarc's suggestion) was resolved as exclude by User:Joe Decker 16:35, 7 May 2014; immediately after that close, User:Candleabracadabra a sockpuppet of banned User:ChildofMidnight, moved the content to Denise Donnelly which was within days properly put up for deletion by User:Tarc

5. Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Denise Donnelly - closed as delete by admin User:Coffee 17:27, 27 May 2014; during this procedure, admin User:Tokyogirl79 adopted the content and built it roughly into the shape it's in today but did not put it back in mainspace

6. Wikipedia:Deletion review/Log/2014 May 28 - closed as endorsed by admin User:King of Hearts 00:12, 4 June 2014

7. Wikipedia:Deletion review/Log/2014 December 7 - at this point User:Valoem enters the picture for the first time; he proposes and improves User:Tokyogirl79's version but the procedure was closed as inconclusive, no consensus for restoration by admin User:Sandstein 11:38, 23 December 2014

8. Talk:Involuntary celibacy#Requesting permission to restore User:Valoem/Involuntary celibacy to mainspace - another round of AfD - This is an odd procedure to track easily, because some are treating this as an AFD and some like a DRV; User:Coffee puts the discussion up at RFC, simultaneously lists it at AFD, and relists it sufficiently for it to run the four weeks normally associated with RFC; closed as inconclusive, no consensus for restoration by non-admin User:Mdann52 10:30, 10 May 2015

9. Wikipedia:Deletion review/Log/2015 August 6 - closed as restored to mainspace and nominated for deletion by admin User:Sandstein 08:32, 13 August 2015
