Six hours is too quick a close

[edit]

Check user isn't enough. More evidence from other users is needed and six hours is not enough to get it, especially on a Thanksgiving weekend. People who have had experience with this and relevant socks should have at least a day or two to check it out. I just left a note a couple of hours ago at a related discussion on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Israel Palestine Collaboration/Current Article Issues page at [this diff]. I assume that if more evidence from other users experienced with this or other likely socks accumulates, someone can reopen it. CarolMooreDC (talk) 19:37, 28 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank You, Admins

[edit]

I would like to thank the admins for their quick action to disprove the false accusation leveled against me by Carolmooredc and Off2riorob. As I've said elsewhere, I am not a sock of a banned or blocked user, and I am happy to see that you were quickly able to determine the truth. I earnestly hope that the editors who flung this false accusation do not intend to continue wasting everyone's time - including my own - on a fulminating, quixotic quest to 'prove' what isn't true.
