The Vinh Xuan massacre was a massacre conducted by the South Korean forces on the morning of May 22, 1967, at least 15 unarmed citizens in Vinh Xuan village, Phu Yen province in South Vietnam.[1] The district was included in the operational area of the Green Dragon, Strong Tiger and White Horse.[1] They used threats of violence and military force to carry out moving Binh Dinh, Quang Ngai and Phu Yen province peasants beyond the reach and influence of viet cong.[1] Those area's villagers mainly consited of old men, women and children who refused to leave were cruelly and systematically killed.[1]
