Since this was dePRODed, I am creating an AfD. In my opinion, the article does not meet guidelines for WP:NOTABILITY. It is not a named service, nor is it any special unnamed service that has some claim to fame. The article seems WP:INDISCRIMINATEly created and more suited to a rail information website.
